My stay was unforgettable, especially the stunning sunrises and the unique outdoor bathtub experience. However, the beach was semi-private, causing some crowding. I'd choose this again!

Our stay was a complete disappointment. The room was dark, and we had to use our phone lights to find anything. The noise from the adjacent hotel disrupted our sleep, and despite being heavily pregnant, the staff did not accommodate us with an upgraded room that was vacant. Tulum is lovely, but this hotel is not worth the money.

A sunset view to remember
Waking up to breathtaking views of the ocean was a treat. The outdoor plunge pool was perfect for a romantic evening. The staff was friendly and eager to help.
The lack of electricity after dark made it hard to relax in the evenings. The bathroom setup was inconvenient and not ideal for late-night visits. Noise from nearby rooms disrupted sleep.

The food at Azulik was simply out of this world! I can't stop raving about the mouthwatering fries and the fresh seafood that left my taste buds dancing. Plus, the outdoor plunge pool in the Aqua Villa was a blissful spot to chill. Staff members went the extra mile to ensure our stay was electric, making it even more special!
Now, don't get me started on the check-in drama—it felt like a comedy sketch with unfriendly vibes! The rooms are moodily lit, but when you want to actually see your glow-up, that's a struggle. Plus, the late-night beats were more annoying than calming, cutting through the chill vibes.

Staying at Azulik (Adults Only) was a true escape into nature. The room featured a beautiful outdoor mosaic bath that felt like a serene retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The unique ambiance with candlelight and the sound of waves created a romantic atmosphere that was both invigorating and soothing.
Some amenities could use improvement.

Staying at this stunning place was an experience of pure bliss! The natural beauty surrounding us enhanced our stay, especially during the Temazcal ceremony, connecting us deeply with nature. Plus, we loved that we could bring our dogs along for the adventure.
My wife says that it would be great if there were more amenities suitable for pets.

stunning architecture but remote location
The architecture is breathtaking, truly like stepping into a dream. The couple's massage was exceptional, especially with Emma's expertise and Jovet's soothing touch.
The location requires a long walk to reach better dining options.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed exploring the diving peace and the Dome that heals through natural sounds. Just a heads up, the accommodations are pretty rustic—expect no showers and candlelight after dark. Still, perfect for a group getaway!
The room had no electricity after dark, making it hard to relax or hang out comfortably.
