My stay was unforgettable, especially the stunning sunrises and the unique outdoor bathtub experience. However, the beach was semi-private, causing some crowding. I'd choose this again!

Our stay was a complete disappointment. The room was dark, and we had to use our phone lights to find anything. The noise from the adjacent hotel disrupted our sleep, and despite being heavily pregnant, the staff did not accommodate us with an upgraded room that was vacant. Tulum is lovely, but this hotel is not worth the money.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, beach access, and a wonderful spa. I remember how the staff helped with my bags during my first stay. Highly recommend trying the back massage. I'm coming back for Easter!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed exploring the diving peace and the Dome that heals through natural sounds. Just a heads up, the accommodations are pretty rustic—expect no showers and candlelight after dark. Still, perfect for a group getaway!
