Wild nature Good restaurant not so far from the hotel
A little bit salted water in the bathroom. Insects. Not very clean room.
General location good and the cabanas were cute
The first one I was in was called a garden view. It was dark and smelled like sewage. you have to go off the property to find coffee or food and often electricity.
Location on the beach - only worth the stay if you got beach front hut.
No cafe on site for breakfast, coffee or snacks. There was a bad drainage smell near our hut. Poor ventilation, it was hot at night. Over priced for what you get.
The view in the ocean view cabanas was awesome and the staff was very friendly.
Waaaay to expensive for what you get. There are no facilities (no restaurant, bad wifi, poor beach) and over priced drinks at the premises so you constantly have to leave the place. We just slept there. Charging 12 USD for a juice when it cost 2 USD in the Pueblo is just too much. We also have work around us when were there so not much relaxation either.
The property was beautiful, like a fairytale
No showers on location, only tubs
The view and room upgrade. Was not a typical resort.
Room was very hot even with the amazing breeze. Fan above bed made me sick. Room needed a few more candles. Bed was too firm for us and tub inside was too small for my 6 ft. Husband.
salt sand ocean and sun
The overall feeling was like you were in the jungle. It was really lush and beautiful
No air conditioning, electricity, air conditioning, or breeze from the water (from our particular room). Most of the porch space was unusable. There is bamboo over the porch so you can't sit on the porch while it's raining but you also can't catch sun while it's sunny. That was a little disappointing
I liked how the hotel is in touch with the nature surroundings.
I don't like that they don't take cash
Love the location, style of the hotel , no children, and the breakfast.
While we were there, there was construction going on so it got a little nosiy at times.
Quietness. Quaintness. Bathtubs. Room was excellent!! Had best view. Spent a lot of time there relaxing.
Food. Seemed prepackaged and not made on site. Overpriced for substandard food quality. Beach bar closed too early. Why not keep it open until sunset?
Staying here was an experience in itself. It is truly a magnificent and unique resort. Our room was large and was one of the cheaper options :) The private beach was so beautiful, exactly as you see in pictures. Would definitely come back.
The no shower thing gets a little hard after 3 days and the mosquitoes were out of control- take repellent and aloe vera gel!
The room was amazing. You can spend hours in the bath tub.
It was perhaps the best room we have ever stayed in. It was like being inside a artists vision and the location couldn't have been better either.
None of this really mattered because the Pros way outweighed any cons but... there was a smell of stale water in the lobby, the staff werent as friendly as we've experienced elsewhere and the decks could be more private by not allowing access from the walkways and only from the rooms.
The big rooms and the ocean view are great
The beach is small and not really that nice. Prices for food are high
